Network Marketing also known as MLM

is built on four foundations.

If any of  the four foundations are missing, it is just a matter of time before failure will occur. Building any business TAKES TIME and their are NO SHORTCUTS!

1. Vision

You need to have a very clear vision of what you want to achieve in your business. Set some basic attainable goals with “specific dates” attached to each goal. This might be a financial goal to make a certain monthly amount, advancing a new rank level in your company, or how many customers or new team members you would like to acquire every month or by the end of the year. When you hit a specific goal, this will then become your “new reality” and this is based on Your vision plus as a benefit this is now your first steps toward leadership.

With that said…not having clear set goals, your vision will ultimately get distracted, based on laziness, or you will do the wrong things for the wrong reasons.

What’s so interesting about staying true to your vision is that it will become your future reality. In other words… it is a future that does not really exist for you right now but it will if you stay the course. Most people in network marketing base their visions on other people’s present realities, such as a successful upline leaders.

One of the biggest benefits of vision is that vision can be duplicated by anyone if they simply take the time to create their vision, set obtainable goals, and stay true to making it become their reality.

2. Time

Let’s look at the Time Investment. First you must understand that this type of business can not be worked in your free time, simply because we don’t have free time. YOU MUST dedicate (put aside) a specific amount of time that you want to invest CONSISTENTLY on daily (or weekly) basis. The more time you invest the more profitable it will be. Again, remember you don’t need money to start, in this case you invest your time TO LEARN AND TO BUILD your new MLM business.

3. Effort

Network Marketing is all about leverage. You can leverage your time and increase the number of hours of work effort on which you can be paid by sponsoring other people and earning a small income on their efforts.

J. Paul Getty, who created one of the world’s greatest fortunes, said ” I would rather make 1 percent on the efforts of 100 people than 100 percent on my own efforts.”

This very basic concept is the cornerstone of network marketing.

Most successful people building a network marketing business do so in an organized method. They work a few dedicated hours each week, with each hour of effort serving as a building block for their long-term business growth. Then they sponsor other people and teach those people how to sell the company product and sponsor others who duplicate the process.

By helping the people you personally sponsor to sponsor others, you duplicate yourself. As this process continues, you create compound growth that can lead to hundreds or even thousands of people coming into your business. You leverage your time by helping others be successful and earn an income from all their efforts.

4. Discipline

Without self-discipline you’ll never invest the time and effort required to realise your vision. Without your clear and compelling vision to motivate and guide you, you’ll never have the discipline you need to achieve success.

The reason that true success and freedom is considered “a secret” is that it remains elusive for most people. Most people are not willing to put in the effort to get from where they are now to where they want to be. You must discipline your thoughts and activities everyday. These actions over time will compound. You have everything you need to earn your freedom but it will never come easy or cheap. It takes time and money. Time to learn the skills needed. Money to invest in yourself and your business plus the discipline to stay focused and work on your goals day in and day out.
