<<<<==== Share Over Here :-)In network marketing there are three types of people in every organization: leaders, distributors and dropouts.
Dropouts are the most numerous. They will join your organization, then quit before they can accomplish anything.
Distributors will stay in your organization for a while and contribute at a lower level. They will usually buy the product for their own use, staying to qualify for the wholesale discount. They may even sell enough product to pay for their own purchases. Some of these distributors will build the business signing up a few prospects, but most will not have the drive or tenacity to keep going. For these distributors, the magic moment is an unattainable dream.
The third and smallest of the network marketers are the leaders. These are the ones that are actually committed to building the business. They will put in long hours prospecting for new recruits and spend time teaching their new recruits. These are the people that keep working and never give up. Eventually, they will grow a downline that begins to grow a substantial monthly income.
Only a few will become leaders in a network marketing business. Most will become dropouts and a few will be distributors. MLM is no different than any other business. It’s the same 80/20 rule. ” The Pareto principle (also known as the 80/20 rule, the law of the vital few, and the principle of factor sparsity) states that, for many events, roughly 80% of the effects come from 20% of the causes.” In business the distribution shows up in several different aspects relevant to entrepreneurs. 80% of your profits come from 20% of your customers. 80% of your profits comes from 20% of the time you spend. 80% of your sales comes from 20% of your sales team. 80% of the business will be done by 20% of the people. This 20% are the elite. They are the ones that have worked harder, dreamed bigger and contributed more to their business than anyone else. These 20% are the leaders. The leaders are highly motivated, very productive and highly persistent. It is the leaders that will cause an MLM business to grow.
The biggest factor that stops most people from chasing their dreams and working towards their real goals is fear. Fear of the lack of security, the reduced paycheck and the unknown future keeps most people locked into routines that are not satisfying. This path leads to depression, sadness, poor health, low income and ultimately an early death.
You spend way too much time at a job that you don’t like. Chasing the dollar for the sake of the dollar does not work. Chasing your passions will often lead to a greater income because the qualify of your output is so much higher. Start working to turn your passions into income and adjust your work vs passion time ratio as your business grows.
In the book, Living the 80/20 Way, Richard Kosh, states “Instead of working to live, we live to work. If we had more self-confidence and the right philosophy, we could accomplish even more than we do now and enjoy our work more, yet labor far fewer hours and conserve a larger part of our energy for our family and social lives.”
If you wish to become a part of the 20% you must prepare yourself to work harder and smarter than the rest can. Working with a team that has already experienced success in this business is an added benefit. It will be through this example and as a guide for others, that you will become a leader.
