Chuck & Nicki created a one of a kind “Referral Relationship System” where NO advertising was involved and all their business was acquired through referrals or “word of mouth advertising”.
The results? Incredible sales volume, great profitability, and a 100% “by referral” business.

What do we feel is the most important aspect of our business?
It is hard to pick just one. The synergy that we have with our our team members, team leaders, as well as our company only happens a few times in a person’s life! We get very touched when we hear the heart felt stories of what our opportunity has done in people lives! The opportunity has given us so much more than financial freedom, it’s giving us fulfillment and joy beyond any measure. When you can make a difference in others lives, this really make a difference that lasts lifetime!
How has your life changed with your success in Network Marketing?
Networking Marketing to us is personal development with a pay plan. You earn while you learn. You have to work on you more than any thing else! Over the years we have spent well over $150,000 dollars in personal development, education, and to seek out and learn from the best mentors and teachers. We did this in our real estate career as well as in network marketing career. We wanted to learn from the best and pass our knowledge on to others so that they can obtain a lifestyles of their dreams!
By helping others do what we have done it is our passion that really keeps us motivated! This has allowed us to take everything we have learned and practiced over the last 30 years to take our life to the next level!
We earned millions in the real estate business which was great, but after 18+ years it had really became a rat race. In 2007-2008 with the financial collapse on Wall Street that ultimately affected the mortgage industry, there was a complete halt in real estate sales in Arizona. Tens of thousands in our industry were eventually forced to leave their careers. Fortunately, we were quietly building a part time home business that over time payed us a nice monthly residual income that allowed us to eventually retire from a combined 48 year real estate career.
We have never been so certain and happy in our life, and today we have a peace of mind.
What advice do you have for someone starting out with a “big dream?”
You need to have a mentor that has been where you want to be, as well as a personal coach! All professionals have them. You NEED to find one! All a person needs is to have DESIRE and be very coachable. Don’t question what successful people do, do what they do! Focus on getting better everyday and keep learning. Don’t compare yourself with anyone else.
The most important thing is that you don’t quit! It takes time to get good at your job, to be a good spouse or parent. It takes time to get an education and it takes time to get good at building a successful home business! We promise you it is WORTH IT!
There is a fine balance between enjoying the time freedom that Network Marketing provides you with, and working to keep enough momentum going to maintain your lifestyle.
The key to balance is having a lot of fun!
We heard years ago: The second you fall in LOVE with what you do will be the second that you will no longer look at it as work!
Most people don’t like what they do and don’t have fun doing it!
Again find a mentor that always is having fun and is positive to be around! We are excited to get up every morning and help people all day do what WE LOVE do!
