A little Bit About Ourselves…

We have been happily married for over 17 years. We have one daughter Stephani and a new granddaughter Scarlett.

We met by chance at a restraint in Phoenix, AZ and they say…the rest is history. Nicki had been in Real Estate sales for many years and introduced me to that business over 16 years ago. We were both entpruneur minded people so we decided to work together and build a real estate company. After 4-5 years of hard work, many 16-18 hour days and along the way building strong relationships one client at a time, we were able to create a 100% referral business. The business began to take off from word of mouth and eventually we went on to have yearly record sales of over 45 million per year and we were one of the top 10 listing agents in our local area.

Our First Introduction to the Home Business World

In 2003 we had read the best selling book Rich Dad Poor Dad by Robert Kiyosaki and that led us to the world of  Network Marketing. We soon came to the conclusion that creating another income stream part-time that was residual was important.

In direct sales, insurance sales, real estate, car sales etc you are paid one time for your efforts. Every day you start at zero and you have to make a sale or make a sales quota. For many professionals this can be one never ending giant rat race. Even if you are a cardiac surgeon, you have to perform surgeries every week, your income can dramatically drop, or for some they simply can go out of business. This type of income is known as Linear income. You trade you time for income. Yes, you can make an incredible income as a surgeon, attorney or real estate sales but if you stop working, you stop being paid.

A good friend had referred us to a network marketing company that he was part of and we decided that would be a good fit for us at that time. We spent about 3 years with that company with some success and eventually joined another Network Marketing company around 5 years.
